Shipping and Refund Policy


Once we deliver your goods to the carrier the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you.

We will endeavour to dispatch your order the day we receive it if received before 3pm. All items will be sent via Australia Post or courier and tracking numbers apply.


For pick up from our Tuggerah NSW store please select in store pick up at check out. If pick up has been selected and you are unable to pick up your order postage charges will be payable before the order will be dispatched.

  • You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 14 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will only be for the product and do not include postage.
  • Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
  • Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused.
  • Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
  • A 6% fee is charged on all Afterpay refunds.
  • Please contact to arrange refunds or exchanges.
